Dr. Edgar Navarrete has dedicated much of his career to the surgical side of dentistry, helping patients restore their oral health through advanced surgical procedures. After earning his dental degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia in 1982, he completed advanced training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1986. He later earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University and has been practicing in the United States for more than 20 years.
At Piedra Dental Group, Dr. Navarrete limits his practice to oral surgery and focuses on procedures such as wisdom teeth removal, complex surgical extractions, bone grafting, socket preservation, and dental implant surgery. His extensive experience allows him to provide patients with thoughtful treatment planning and comfortable surgical care in a familiar office setting.
